How to use: Add a few drops of your favourite oil blend to your wooden or Lava beads, then gently rub the beads until the oils have soaked in. Now they are ready to wear. Re-apply when desired.

༶Extra Small will fit a wrist up 6 inches.

༶Small will fit a wrist up to 6.5 inches.

༶Medium will fit a wrist up to 7 inches.

༶Large will fit a wrist up to 7.5 inches.

༶Please measure your actual wrist size & order from the guide above. I have compiled a sizing system where I have just added the right amount of beads for ease of wear. Measure your wrist size using a soft tape measure, or wrap a piece of string around your wrist and measure the length against a ruler. If you prefer a loose fit size up. Any questions do ask.
